Our latest ESG report
November 2022
Showcasing our journey so far

Following what has been a busy year investing in purposeful leadership programmes, addressing the effects of climate change and biodiversity loss and involving our whole partnership in the journey to Net Zero, we are proud to launch our latest Environmental, Social & Governance report.

It has been a busy year for Troup Bywaters + Anders where we have actively involved the whole partnership in our journey to net zero carbon.

Through 2022 we have invested in powerful and challenging leadership programmes centred on purpose and what we can do individually and collectively to address the effects of climate change and biodiversity loss.

We work collaboratively in everything we do under our three pillars ‘Growing people’, ‘Sustainability at heart’ and ‘Achieving quality and consistency’, and this report sets out the journey so far in these areas through our activities and commitment to continuously improve. This is driven by our five-year Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan that aligns with the UN SDGs and our business strategy.

Our Whole life offering has expanded and this enabled the improvement of performance in operation of our clients assets in support of their own journeys and ambition.

We have built on last years advocacy at CoP 26 and our 1.5 degrees C Science based targets initiative commitment through active involvement with the UK Green Building Council Collaboration and Leadership programmes and involvement in the Task force establishing the Value of Nature Based solutions for the built environment. We also:

  • Participated in thought-leadership conferences and expanded our advocacy towards regenerative thinking
  • Are on track with our net zero programme
  • Have sought meaningful initiatives to offset our impact, whilst making a difference to humanity and addressing biodiversity loss around the world.

Furthermore, through 2022 we have strengthened relationships with strategic industry partners to expand our capability to advise on Scope 1,2 and 3 emissions as well as biodiversity assessments providing clients with coordinated initiatives and programmes.
