At TB+A, we have continued to create positive impact in everything we do, using our actions, advocacy and knowledge sharing to guide and support our clients, people and wider society.
2024 was a milestone year at TB+A as we marked our transition to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Our partnership ethos is central to this including:
- Our continued collaboration with the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC)
- Joining the United Nations Global Compact, embedding the 10 core principles into our business operations
- Achieved Ecovadis Platinum accreditation – a measure of the depth and impact of our ESG and sustainability actions.
We work collaboratively in everything we do under our three pillars of Growing People, Sustainability at Heart and Achieving Quality and Consistency.
Our five-year Sustainability Action Plan themed around energy & carbon, circular economy, skills & diversity, health & well-being, community involvement and leadership & advocacy for the industry concludes and this year a programme to refresh the plan is underway, having successfully achieved many of our original targets.
While we have grown in numbers to over 300 people, we’ve continued to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions but Scope 3 remains challenging to address and make real impact with. That said, our efforts in encouraging our suppliers to sign up to the Science based targets initiative and measure their footprint proves promising.

We continue to be carbon neutral and drive efficiencies through engagement with our people, buildings and landlords and have meaningful initiatives to offset our impact whilst making a difference to living ecosystems and addressing biodiversity around the world. Restorative investment in Rewild Carbon through the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust has continued this year well beyond our minimum commitments under the World Green Building Council’s Advancing net Zero programme commitments.
