Heron Tower is the tallest building in the City of London and provides high specification office and restaurant accomodation with a commitment to achieve an unprecedented level of quality and service.

TB+A was initally appointed to undertake an independent audit of the MEPH maintenance contract on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield to measure compliance and performance. We went on to provide project management services on a range of capital works and building services upgrades and resilience measures. We continue to work with Heron Tower in delivering some of the most complex technical projects in a fully occupied high-rise building to meet the demands of today’s building users.

We have overcome the challenges a typical high rise presents with a focus at all times in achieving an unprecedented level of quality and service to the building occupiers and users.

Projects have included vertical electrical busbar replacement, technical reviews of thermal storage systems and recommissioning of chilled water systems and installation of heat meters to comply with the Heat Network Regulations.
