Celebrating 75 Years of the National Health Service

The launch of ‘Celebrating 75 Years of the National Health Service’ took place within the stunning surroundings of Westminster Abbey on 6th September and our healthcare team were delighted to attend the special celebrations as sponsors.

Produced in partnership with the History Of Parliament Trust, this new commemorative book explores the origins, history and impact of the NHS and the people and policies that have shaped it.

Troup Bywaters + Anders (TB+A) has a long history of working in collaboration with the NHS and we pride ourselves on delivering world-class healthcare facilities with sustainability at heart.

Our three founding partners began their careers in the NHS, then went on to launch the business in 1958, which turned 65 this year.

Healthcare continues to make up a substantial portion of our workload and accounts for around a quarter of our projects, which is why we coudn't be prouder to be part of this milestone and share our story in this publication as we reflect on our journey so far.

“We’ve always been a champion of innovation in healthcare and low carbon designs. We’re now looking towards regenerative design where buildings and nature co-exist and thrive, creating spaces for the nurturing of people’s health and wellbeing,”.
