Marking our return to UKREiiF
20-22 May 2025
Creating a hub for innovation and thought leadership

Following a successful and thought-provoking event earlier this year, Troup Bywaters + Anders LLP (TB+A LLP) is set to return to The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) with an even stronger presence. Taking place in Leeds between 20-22 May 2025, UKREiiF has become one of the leading events for driving investment and collaboration within the built environment.

With the addition of our own pavilion, we are excited to be delivering a range of panels, discussions and networking sessions, creating a dynamic space for developers, investors, end-users and local authorities to connect and collaborate. With an anticipated 16,000 attendees expected to flood through Leeds Dock over the course of the three days, our pavilion will serve as a hub for innovation, thought leadership and future business partnerships.

Our whole life approach based around the circular economy of the build environment is underpinned by three-pillars of Growing People, Achieving Quality and Consistency and Sustainability At Heart.

As a socially responsible and ethical partnership, our partnership values and innovative solutions align seamlessly with the forward-looking vision of UKREiiF 2025.

"UKREiiF continues to surpass our expectations as a platform for advancing sustainable investment and driving transformative change in the built environment. By securing a dedicated pavilion, we can curate a program that focuses on the key issues that matter to us, including net zero, social value, and sustainable innovation, helping to shape the future of our industry."
